reset every billing cycle.
No — all services must be
used within your monthly cycle.
Yes! You can upgrade or
downgrade with written notice
before your next billing date.
Yes. Memberships are billed
monthly to your card on file.
Absolutely — each pet must
have their own membership,
and additional pets receive a
20–25% discount depending
on the plan.
Haircuts are not included in the
membership but are discounted
at 10% or 35% depending on
the plan.Memberships may be canceled
with 7 days’ notice before your
next billing date. There are no
refunds for unused services or
partial months,
and any remaining visits are
forfeited when the membership
is canceled.
If cancellation occurs within the
first 3 months of enrollment, a
$35 early cancellation fee will
apply. After 3 months, you may
cancel without a fee.
