Terms and Conditions

By booking services with Southern Divine Kennels Pet Grooming LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you ("client," "you," "pet owner") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments: We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice may be required to prepay for future services.

 

2. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on the size, breed, coat condition, and behavior of your pet.

Additional charges may apply for matting, special handling, or extended grooming time.

Full payment is due at the time services are rendered.

We accept debit cards, credit cards, and cash (cash accepted at select locations only).

 

3. Health & Behavior
You must inform us of any known medical conditions, behavioral issues, or sensitivities your pet may have.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet is deemed too aggressive, sick, or unsafe for grooming.

For the safety of your pet and our team, severely matted pets may require shaving down, and there is an increased risk of skin irritation, cuts, or nicks.

 

4. Vaccinations
All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations, including Rabies. Proof of vaccination may be requested at any time.

 

5. Grooming Risks
Grooming can sometimes expose hidden health conditions or worsen existing ones.

Southern Divine Kennels Pet Grooming LLC is not responsible for any underlying health issues that may become apparent during or after grooming.

Severely matted pets may experience skin irritation or clipper burns, and owners accept the risk of possible minor injuries during necessary grooming procedures.

 

6. Pet Pick-Up
Pets must be picked up promptly after grooming is completed unless prior arrangements have been made.

A holding fee may apply for pets left for an extended period after completion of services.

 

7. Photography & Social Media
We may photograph your pet before, during, or after grooming for use on our social media, website, or marketing materials.

If you do not wish for your pet’s photo to be used, please let us know at the time of drop-off.

 

8. Liability
Every effort is made to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet while in our care.

However, Southern Divine Kennels Pet Grooming LLC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from pre-existing health conditions, matting, or behavior-related incidents unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

 

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted in our salon and/or on our website.
