At home, my husband and I share our lives with three wonderful dogs and a pet lizard, making our household just as lively and full of personality as the grooming salon itself. Each pet has their quirks and charms, and being surrounded by them reminds me daily of why I chose this career.

In the salon, I focus on creating a positive and stress-free experience for every pet, whether they’re in for a simple bath or a full groom. My goal is to help pets not only look their best but also feel their best. My journey into the art of dog grooming began with my American Cocker Spaniel, Sam. Wanting to learn how to properly care for and groom him myself, I enrolled in grooming classes—and quickly discovered a true calling.

After graduating from the academy, I knew I wanted to continue grooming professionally. What started as a desire to care for my own dog grew into a career that brings me genuine happiness and fulfillment. Over the past year, being part of the grooming industry has been a life-changing and incredibly rewarding experience.

As a Kennel Assistant and Receptionist at Southern Divine Kennels Pet Grooming, I get to combine my passion for animals with helping clients every day. Whether I’m greeting a wagging tail at the door, assisting during grooming appointments, or helping pet parents schedule the perfect spa day, I truly enjoy being part of each pet’s experience from start to finish. My goal is to make sure every guest — both human and furry — feels welcome, comfortable, and cared for.
